Body Lab is a 5 Layer Fitness signature creation. This class blends precision movement with resistance training and weaves mindset and meditation throughout. Expect to work hard and sweat but leave feeling energized – not broken down. Transform your body and mind with this deep intensity, low impact, high output experience. This class is in a warm room and all fitness levels are welcome.
*Body Lab is a 3 to 6-week series carefully designed for results. Completing a 3 to 6-week series is not compulsory. Jump in at any time.
