Looking for a more traditional hot yoga class? We have you covered. Experience the therapeutic benefits of heat with 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises to systematically work every part of your body and leave you feeling whole.
These classes will introduce you to our core philosophies while educating you on strength and fitness. These warm (not hot!), invigorating, classes are perfect for brand new beginners, those needing modifications, or anyone looking to get back to the basics.
